The development of digital technology has had as big of an impact on

veterinary medicine as it has for camera owners.  Lameness and

prepurchase evaluations benefit from our digital computed x-ray and

ultrasound systems.  Images are ready in the field and additional images

can be made to focus on questionable areas to better diagnose problems. 

There is no need to wait for a message explaining your imaging results;

expect them at the time of service. This helps immensely when trying to

coordinate with farriers for corrective trimming and shoeing. Also, x-ray and

ultrasound images may be e-mailed to radiologists or surgeons for

consultation on difficult cases.
